    keto check in…top five lessons so far

    I thought when we made the decision to go keto I had a good amount of research and knowledge under my belt.  I read a few books and articles, followed a handful of keto peeps on Instagram, and I thought I was good to go.   When I begin something new, I always do my do-diligence; probably even to a fault.  I’m sure I have been that annoying girl more than once who won’t shut up about her new miracle way of life.  But that’s how it is with me.     a sweet keto treat

    J.I. always says that she only needs one bite (maybe two) of something sweet…just to take the edge off.  This sweet treat will be just what we need, and I can whip it up quick any night of the week….even a late one.   I plan on figuring out how to make no carb pizza before the big ol’ day of love. (she has a deep love for pizza, so don’t give away my secret surprise.) Then I’ll whip up this little sweet baby for the final act.   See how I make the love points come my way?     keto is neato (or something like that)

    Here’s the thing about me; I like to be well informed.  It just makes me feel more confident. I mean, “knowledge is power”, right? The past few months I’ve been seriously thinking about trying out keto as a lifestyle practice.  Now, I know a good amount about it, but one of the reasons I want to try it for myself is I just don’t think I know enough.  Research says the keto way of life isn’t going anywhere, and considering I have a few dishes on my current menu, it looks like I need to be prepared to execute a few more.
